Biography
Luís Simões da Silva is Full Professor at the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Coimbra. He has been President of cmm (Portuguese Association of Metallic and Mixed Construction) since 2005 and has been a member of the Board of Directors of ECCS (European Convention for Constructional Steelwork) since 2005.
